Need help - Win 7 - Powerpoint 2013 - Video playing during a transition?

Hey all,

I'm trying to make a presentation for class that has a video clip but having an issue to where when the "curtain transition" starts it doesn't play the video behind it until the transition completes...



The goal that I'm trying to do is have the video play as the "curtain transition" is going... I also tried to send the video to back and have it start before the transition happens but it still put the video above everything...

Can anyone help here???
