Hello everyone,

I have a slide I am trying to create which has 3 stars on the page, one big, one medium, one small. My first animation is to make appear the words "massive stars" on the big one and then to have that star start to spin. I achieved this by setting the text appear animation to 'start on click' and then the spin animation to 'start on previous'. I set the duration of spin to 50.00s to make it a slow spin and also to repeat until end of slide. This first one works just fine.

Next I want the words "average size stars" to appear on the next star and for that star to begin spinning and for the first star to remain spinning also. I have done the exact same thing for this second star as for the previous and it works, the words appear on click and the spinning starts at the same time. The only problem is the first star's spin restarts it spin from the beginning thus creating a visual jump. Is there a way of doing it so that when I click to make the words appear on the second animation it has no effect on the first? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A mouse click animation will always stop or restart on click animations that are already running.

You might be able to do this by having the second and third sets triggered by a click on a (maybe invisible) button.
