Default Drop down options for powerpoint

Hello, I am working on making a powerpoint user friendly for people who may not be very good at powerpoint. Is there a way to add for example a white circle, then have a drop down option with the only three options they can select (like red, yellow, or green) so that the circle will be colored? Is that possible with color fill also? I have never heard of anything like that but I thought I would check.
