Name Variable
Sorry, I don't know if what I've titled this post is accurate. I'll try and explain what I'd like to do, then hopefully someone smarter than I can help me out! Thank you all in advance.
I've created a .ppt presentation and I'm pretty happy with it, but at various points I'd like to reference an individual's name. So that I can then send it and it be personalised to them. For example on slide 1, 15, 21, 38, 39, 67 there's a point in a sentence where it would be nice to write 'Andrew.' Is there a way (other than 'find and replace') of creating a list of names and then having all those instances across the presentation change? Thank you. |

There is a way to do it with a macro. I would need to see a sample show in order to write it out. Shouldnt take too long to write. You mentioned that you had several names. Are you thinking about making a different presentation for each name? How do you want to instigate the name change?
