Is this a PowerPoint issue or a Mac issue?
Ran into a curious issue recently and thought I'd post it here to see what the collective thinks. I've attached a PDF to illustrate.
The first page shows a Notes Page layout which includes a series of icons. I was not the original artist who put this together, so I don't know if these were PNGs, PDFs, Imported, Copied & Pasted or what. All I know is that I've done a new presentation every 2 weeks for the past 2 months, and have never had an issue on my 2009 3.33 GHz iMac w/8G 1067 MHz DDR3 running OSX 10.9.5 (Mavericks) The second page shows the very same file on my new 2013 3.1 GHz iMac w/16G 1600 MHz DDR3 Several of the Icons have become corrupted somehow, either by becoming an empty image (not a transparency setting) or by showing a corrupted image. The result is the same between the two machines, on every presentation done to date. It is always the same icons, and is consistent throughout the presentations' Notes Pages. Everything else seems unaffected. I will be posting this on the iMac user Forum as well, but thought I'd see what people here think. Thanks in advance for any insights offered! |
