Default Text to speech service that I can put into PowerPoint?

I am making a presentation that requires voice over, I don't want it to be my own voice so I want to use a computerised voice. I know there are some text to speech sites available online but how would I get these voices into my presentation? Thanks

Notepad ++ has one. Windows usually has a built in 1 as well. You could record the voice as it is playing and then add in the audio files to your presentation.
