Default Inserting audio into Powerpoint for user to voice record

Hello,

I run an English language course and I need to do all testing paperless. Students have access to tablets, so I want them to be able to open a powerpoint presentation and record their voice. Here's how it will work:

- Each slide has an image on it and an icon under the image.
- Ideally, students can click on the icon and record their voice.

I know that PPT has a voice record option, but I wanted to simplify it so that students simply click on the slide and record their voice. Is it possible to insert voice recorder into an image in PPT in the same way that you can insert an audio file?

Thanks in advance
