Convert PPTX to MP4
My aplogy if this is in the wrong forum. I am a newcomer and cannot find a PowerPoint forum. I have used MovieMaker to convert a PPTX file to MP4 and the audio has been lost. What have I missed?

2010 can create an mp4 natively. That is probably your best option (especially as movie maker can't really convert pptx to mp4 can it?)
Im PowerPoint FILE > SAVE & SEND > Create video

I have returned from a spell in hospital and tested the output PPSX to MP4 thee times and each time the audio is missing. What have I missed?
