I've been reviewing some content for a colleague, using Word for styles (visual consistency) and track changes (efficient reviewing). After accepting all the changes, he uses the .docx file as an outline to create a new PowerPoint presentation.
What we're wondering now is, does PowerPoint have paragraph/character styles hidden away somewhere? and/or how can we change (one off, consistently!) the way PowerPoint renders the different levels. Oh, and while we're at it … bringing in linked (or pasted) graphics would also be a time-saver. |
