Default Linked Excel Object - Resizing Issue

Hi,

I've created a powerpoint which includes linked excel objects (excel tables and graphs. Copy (from excel)->Paste Special (in PP)->Paste Link-> Microsoft Office Excel 2003 Worksheet Object) that have consistent width in excel and are expanded to a consistent width in powerpoint.

When I update links - the embedded objects update any data and the sizing remains correct.

However - when any of my colleagues refresh the files the dimensions of the embedded objects change drastically, making the presentation look a mess..

They are all using the same versions of excel (12.0.6683.5002 ) & Powerpoint (12.0.6683.5000).

If anyone has a resolution to this issue it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks,
Matt
