I recently designed a PowerPoint template on my mac (I'm using PowerPoint for Mac 2011) for a client who is a PC user (she uses the latest version of PowerPoint for PC).

I have made sure that the template is NOT a read only file and that she can edit it. When she goes to open it, she can edit the text of the slides that are already made, but when she adds a slide from my template into the slide deck, she can't add anything to it. Not even text.

Is there something that I can do differently? Is there something that she needs to do on her end?



I've spent so much time dealing with this. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
