PPT Border (not background) while shooting video is black; want white

The title says it.
My PowerPoint 2007, while filming videos in Camtasia, shows a black border around the (predominately white) slides. I want to change the border to white.

I can find the slide background color easily, but not the slide border,

or whatever it is called.
