Windows 7 64bit Can't add ActiveX Objects.

Can't add ActiveX Objects.

This thing happened when i removed all Old Points of Restore PC.

when i added activeX object,it says "Object Library invalid or contains references to object definitions that could not be found."
What i do?! I reinstalled Office 2013,i downloaded program "FixIt",and repair Microsoft Office. Still can't add objects.
