I created a presentation with about 10 pages where 3 of the pages with similar animations do not execute the animations unless I use the spacebar or the arrow keys. On all other pages, the mouse clicks work perfectly.

Any idea what would cause this to happen?

The animation on these 3 pages are Lines with Effect Options Up.

Probably on the pages that do not work you have UNTICKED Advance Slide "On Mouse Click" in the transitions Tab? This also prevents mouse click animations.
