"Add new" Add-in button is greyed out
Hi,
I have a presentation with IguanaTex. Worked great in the past. Now I'm trying to edit a tex object but Powerpoint tells me it either couldn't find the Add-in or that it were disabled for security purposes. So I go to file->options->trust center->trust center settings->add ins but nothing is checked. Also, there under macros, I even do a "enable all macros". Still, doesn't work. So I try to re-install from the .ppam source with a double-click. Doesn't work, nothing happens. Back in Powerpoint, I also don't get an error message anymore, just nothing. Rats. I go to file->options->Add Ins->Manage Powerpoint Add-Ins "Go". The dialog that pops up is empty. Alas, I can not click "Add new" there since it is greyed out. All other buttons too are greyed out except "close". Any ideas how to enable that again? Some overarching windows security setting perhaps? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated really. Or perhaps a pointer to another simple add-in with which I should try out too? Though it really doesn't seem to be add-in specific at all... Thank you very much! Cheers, rfl |
