I currently have an excel sheet (example attached - purely example for test purposes) that I want to embed within excel. Due to size of the sheet I cannot get the sheet to fit/size correctly in PPT.



My ultimate aim is to provide the PPT slide as a template - users can enter the data in embedded sheet and then save the PPT. I would like to share the sheet via email.

I have experimented with the 'link' function with paste special but this seems to fall over when I email the sheet and PPT i.e. links do not update.

Any ideas on how to solve my problem would be greatly appreciated.
