How to hide the Audio Icon while PRINTING
I know how to hide the Audio Icon during the presentation, but when I PRINT the slides, I can't figure out how to hide the little speaker.
I could drag it off to the side of the slide, but now I have to go touch 300+ slides. Anyone know of a global switch that hides the Audio Icon during printing? |

No inbuilt way I know of but a little macro would automate moving all off slide. Make sure you test on a COPY
Code:
Sub moveEM() Dim oshp As Shape Dim osld As Slide For Each osld In ActivePresentation.Slides For Each oshp In osld.Shapes If oshp.Type = msoMedia Then If oshp.MediaType = ppMediaTypeSound Then oshp.Top = -oshp.Height oshp.Left = 0 End If End If Next oshp Next osld End Sub |
