Default Infuriating Screen Shift Problem

Hey all,

Here in our office, we have a PC in the server room which is hooked up to a TV in the lobby. We use this to play presentations for visitors to the office. We usually log into it from another computer and work remotely using the tscon command to log out once the presentation is playing. There is one particular user here who ends up with a black bar only on the left side of the screen once the presentation is playing and he has logged out. At all other times, the display looks completely fine. Both PC's are running Windows 7, and Office 2007. Anybody have any ideas?
