Make shapes balloon for presentation
Hello,
I have a simple diagram in a presentation (three bubbles pointing at a central bubble) and I would like to have the three outside bubbles enlarge individually as the presenter discusses how this area effects the central item. When the presenter moves to the second bubble enlarges and the first bubble shrinks and so on. Is this possible? Can this be done in one slide or does this need to be done over multiple slides. Thank you in advance. |

Yes you should be able to achieve this using Animations and the Grow/Shrink effect.

While you can do this with grow shrink animations personally I would take what5 seems to be more counter intuative and use separate slides each showing a stage of the story.
WHY? Grow shrink just enlarges (or shrinks) pixels. Any lines will get thicker and text will pixillate. You might find this acceptable (I wouldn't) but it will look better on separate slides. Second you will (probably) need to add a shrink on click to get the balloon back to its original size. This is harder than it seems as you need to do a little math(s) to work out the exact shrink %. |
