Slide transition timing delay after recording

I'd be happy if someone can help:
I use Power Point Office 2013 64-bit version for Windows 8.1.
When I make a presentation and recording the timing of the transition slides DeLay Friday I recognize when I run the presentation. I tried to other computers with the same operating system and where there is the same problem. But if I use the Windows 7 operating system with the same version of Office 2013, there is no problem of delay when recording across slides. Has anyone encountered in
