morning.

Answer to first question is yes you can make any days below 10 show as 01, 02 etc. Simply highlight all the date cells then click the Number Format drop down menu which is the drop down menu located in the Number group on the Home tab. Select More Number Formats. From the categories choose Custom and in the Type box enter dd/mm/yyyy and press OK. All dates under 10 will now display as 01, 02, 03 etc

I'm not sure about the colouring what you mean by make it nicer. You have applied the red fill colour to those cells. You could try a different colour or even try using the formatting options in the Cell Styles options which is a button found on the Home Tab.

Morning (actually it is evening here)!
It is OK to display the date in that format now.
I am not sure about formatting options that you said there.
How would you highlight these dates for training course?

Sorry not sure if you're asking my opinion on how to format them or if you are unsure of how to highlight multiple cells so I'll answer both options..

To highlight the cells you simply click a cell with the left mouse button and drag your mouse across and/or down to select all the cells you wish to format.

In terms of how I would format, i'd just use either of the options I mention below and just pick whatever I thought looked nice.

I've put some screenshots into a PDF which I've attached, which shows where the buttons are to apply Fill Color and also for the Cell Styles you can use. Both of these options will let you apply a format to cells in the worksheet to help them stand out.

Hope this helps.
