Hello.



I have a user that gets "Some of your fonts cannot be saved with the presentation" error when she saves a Powerpoint document. It then lists 3 different fonts, lucida grande, open sans light, and trade gothic bold, and says they are not truetype fonts. This is a Powerpoint that she's getting off of a shared drive that another user has already saved, and embedded fonts in to. She does not have the 3 above listed fonts on her computer, so how would she even be getting that error?
