PowerPoint 2010

Hello,
I am new to the forum so please be gentle. I have created a ppt presentation for a class I am taking. It is about 85 mb. There are some issues I just can't seem to fix and wonder if anyone has any suggestions.

When I click (1 time) on the file, the audio for the first slide starts. Then if I click again, it opens as a show and then there is double audio on the first slide.




I have a few 50 second clips that I want to delay before it starts. Maybe 5 seconds for my audio description to end.
