I wasn't able to get this to work like that- if I changed the trigger for one line in a single text box, it changed it for all of the lines in that box. Plus, the line isn't visible to click as a trigger if you're using the same line for the tip and the #.

You could keep all of the tips in a single textbox, but unless I'm missing something, I believe you need the tips and numbers separated with separate text boxes for each number (to allow the numbers to be visible and clickable).
