Try right click> Format Shape (Picture)
Choose Fill Tick "Tile as Texture" Adjust Scale X and scale Y (keep them the same value as each other) till the picture fills the shape as closely as possible. |

I have just repeated the steps which worked as advised last week but now when I do it when I tick the tile as texture box multiple pics fill the shape instead of the one original scaled to size, I don't think I am doing anything different

The picture you are adding is larger than the shape.
Try starting with a shape smaller than the picture. Set it up as above and then untick tile and enlarge the shape. At best though tiling is a cludge. |
