Default Bullet Transition

I have a bulleted list. I know how to do transitions, etc, but this is a little challenging.

What I would really like to do is have the first bullet item appear in yellow, rest in white. At the same time display a picture. When clicking/moving to next item, the first item goes back to white and the original pic goes away, the next bulleted item turns yellow and a different pic is displayed. This should repeat through each bulleted item.

Example: Multiple depts listed on screen. On click, the next dept in turn comes up on the screen with a pic of the dept manager appearing for his department. Click for the next dept, it highlights dept name and shows that depts manager.

Can this be done ???
Thank you for your input.

Default Awesome!

Can't thank you enough. Exactly what I wanted to do.
And you were correct; easier to see than explain.
Appreciate the quick response also!
