Default Update Link very slow -PowerPoint Charts & object, cells etc Linked to Excel

Hello,

I created bar charts in excel, and tables, cells range etc.

I copy and paste special link as an object into power point, so
when I update in excel I could open power point and click update link
in power point it will update everything in power point of any recent changes
that was made in the link excel.

But I realized and it has become a bit frustrating that the updating every time
there is a change, takes about 6, 7, and 8 minutes which is too long.

Does anyone know how I could make the update quicker via power point that is
linked from Excel ?

Thanks !!
