Default Converting Show to Video

I have a 43 Slide Power Point Presentation with a song playing in the background and have set all the timings on the slides. It plays PERFECTLY!!!

I have even been able to put it into a PowerPoint Show and plays PERFECTLY!!

The problem is when I convert it to video in PowerPoint 2010....the timing is off on the slides. Certain words matched certain slides and now it seems all a mess. I am not understanding why the Presentation and Show play perfectly and in the conversion process to video the timing gets messed up. I have searched Google and not really found anything. I don't think it is anything I am doing....but maybe??? I have made sure I include the option to include the transition timing with the conversion to video.

A friend suggested maybe an updated driver? Any ideas anyone? Thank you in advance. Laura

Upload your file to Presentation sharing website and they allow to download in Video format (Ex-Author Stream)
And check it out on Microsoft support website http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/po...010336763.aspx

Hope it will help you
