Type in box during presentation

How do I create a box that I can actively type in during a presentation?

I have a feeling (not sure because I'm a PC user) that all threee of the things you asked today are only possible on PCs and not on Macs.

Triggered animation and ActivX objects are what you need . To link up with Mac experts I would try here.
