Default Why does the circular and U Turn arrow only go left to right?

I have a feeling I am being dense. I need to use the standard block circular and U turn arrow that goes right to left, not left to right. How do I manage this?

It sounds like you need to use the flip horizontal button since rotating will turn it upside down. the horizontal flip button should be in your drawing tools if not, do a quick F1 search for horizontal flip.
