Default Moving to next slide while custom animation still playing

Hi,

I have a custom animation set up on a slide which loops.
I am trying to find a way so when the user clicks to move onto he next slide they only have to click once.
As it stands now, if the user clicks once, the animation will stop then the user will have to click a second time to move onto the next slide.
I have been searching high and low for a solution to this but I can not find any discussions on it.

Any help would be massively appreciated - although I don't think there is a workaround....

The only way I can think of (not ideal) would be to have a transparent shape over the slide with an Action Setting of NEXT SLIDE.

Thanks for the quick reply!

Would this work for a space bar press to move to the next slide?

This presentation will be used by a speaker on stage using a controller - so i don't think it will recognize them as clicking on a button (bit it a full screen transparent button)

No, it would need to be a mouse click.

Ah, that's what i thought.
So it looks like there is no way round it then.
investigating further, the animation doesnt even have to be looped for this problem to arrise, it just has to be playing out (and not finished) and while the animation is playing if the user tries to advance the slide - again it sill just stop the animation from playing first and then awaits another click to advance.
This could obviously cause problems with the flow for the presenter on the day.
Thanks again for your help!
