How to save slide as template
I made some simple graphics on a PP slide and now I want to save it as a template. How do I do this? Also, I made the graphics the only way I knew how, and the shapes I used went over the edge of the actual slide (it doesn't show on the slide which is the way I want it) but how do I "cut off" the stuff that is over the edge? There are several layers of colors and shapes....I don't know how to lock them together to do this. |

For saving the document as template, choose "Save As" and under "Save as type" choose "PowerPoint template".
For locking the items use the function "Group" by selecting the items by holding down CTRL and selecting them with your left mouse button and after done, press with your right mouse button on the items and choose "Group". Cutting off the images is unfortunately not possible in a easy way. If the way they are during the show is suitable for you I'd stick to that. Hope to have helped. Rgrds, Kristiina |
