Default powerpoint slide hit counter

hi
i'm making a presentation that will be viewed in kiosk mode and is aimed at getting user's choices.
i want to insert a counter that will record every hit a slide gets when it is selected/chosen.


how can this be done?

When you add a slide to the PowerPoint you can go back to that slide by clicking the previous button . To record go to the timer button on the slide.

You will neeed to use some code to achieve this is this an option?

Well we are a company of pro coders supplying custom ribbons, AddIns and code to many multi nationals so I guess we could come up with some code!

That's not the question though:

Is it an option for the project
:
Are you in Kiosk view?
Do the PCs have a full version of PowerPoint (not the viewer)

Is it an option for you:
Do you have some basic knowledge of using code. At least inserting a code module, copy in code and create actions on buttons to run code?

And lastly is this a for profit commercial venture?

it will be in full kiosk view using PP 2007 and yes i can code and insert objects
