I have been sent a PowerPoint file. When I try to scroll through it in normal view it hangs up on several slides. I think this is because there is some hidden content somewhere that I cannot find. Just as if you had a text box that is 20 or 30 times longer than the actual slide. But this is not a text box. I have tried setting the scale to 10% in normal view and selecting everything but still cannot see it. Any ideas how I sort this out - other than copying the content of each slide over into another slide. At present each slide has just one smart art graphic on it. If I copied each slide over I would have to recreate it which would take some time. Thanks |

Can you see it in the selection pane? (Home > select > Selection Pane)
You might also check that you cannot scroll left or right. It's possible to place items out of view to the side in 10% view. |

I had never used the selection pane before. It showed me a chart that was hidden somewhere, deleted the chart and all ok. Thanks
