Can anyone explain how to do this : setting so that every slide in the presentation apears in black and white and after one or two seconds changes to colour?! Thanks

A Quick way to get this done would be to create a duplicate slide, grayscale it, and insert it before the colour slide, then when you, click, the colour slide can then have an animation on it to fade out of the grey one.

I have view such powerpoint album. the author of the album put 2 pictures in same slide, one is black and wihte and another is colorful. Then set a transition. I think it will fit your demand.
