Default Creating a Radial Graphic/Radial List

I would like to create a radial list/graphic for a presentation. Is it possible to create one that expands/branches out with primary, secondary, and tertiary "tiers" for lack of a better word? So, with one click the primary list will appear, second click--the secondary list will appear a little bit further out than the first list, and tertiary resources will appear branched out furthest. Does this make sense?

It is immediate and easy. You copy three times the slide and modify the graphis so that each "tiers" appears successively. The same simple technique may be used to make things or texts apear, change, progress, change color or disapear ....
