Powerpoint Table Cell design
I want one cell in my table to have a design with all stars or a lattice etc..how do I do that?

Have you tried filling the cell with a picture?
Right-click in cell > Format Shape > Fill > Picture or texture fill > File > browse to picture and select > adjust if necessary with 'Offsets'

In 2010 (not 2007) Pattern Fills in table cells are supported (but a little hidden)
