hidden slides in presenter view
Is there any way the presenter can view the hidden slides in presenter view? Perhaps instead of the regular notes? We put our notes on separate hidden slides. (PowerPoint 2007). Thanks. Best, Jim |

I don't think you can, an possible alternative is to split/copy your slide across multiple slides and have no transition set, that way the notes will change as you 'move' slides, but the audience will see no change to the presentation

hidden slides in presenter view
Thanks Mike. I'll have to think about that a bit. The problem is the procedure at our company is to print out the entire presentation including the hidden notes pages, and use the print-outs for a guide both for students and instructors. Historically the instructor has used the printed guide during the presentation, but I was hoping there was a way the instructor could read the notes on the laptop using the presenter view instead of printing out the entire lesson.
