Thanks for the reply john. How do I make this code work on the powerpoint slide ? Do I need to create a textbox or shape ?

Also I am using transitions to change the slides after very 20 seconds and its a bit difficult for someone to click a button as there is no mouse or keyboard where the computer is located so as no one can mess about with the computer.

Is someone needed to click a button everyday using this code, it probabily would be just as easy to manually change the date in presentation each day, if someone needs to click a button.
