We display a PowerPoint presentation on televisions throughout our building, and recently we've been getting this ppt viewer error on the screen.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

hard to diagnose the cause but since the 2007 viewer is totally free why not uninstall and install a fresh copy?

Yeah, unfortunately we already tried that. I know it's not a lot to go on. I was just hoping that someone had run into this before.

Is it one particular presentation or everything?

We have a few different presentations, and it's popped up at some point on all of them. There's no rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes it will pop up and sometimes it won't.

We're using Samsung's MagicInfo-i Technology to control video displays from a remote location. So each TV has its own computer and its own ppt viewer application. But they're all running the same power point from the main computer at the same time. But the error doesn't show up on all of the computers at the same time. Usually only one computer will show the error.

Let me know if I need to go into further detail about this.
