PowerPoint merge
I have this question for awhile say you and your friend make powerpoint, different background and format, you want to merge them together, any quick way without having to copy and paste text from each slide? (like microsoft word have format copier paint brush icon thing) greatly appreciated! |

New Slide > Reuse Slides
Browse to the second presentation and OK Right click one of the slides icons and insert all. You can choose at the bootom to keep the source format or not. |

second question, how do I change text color and format across multiple slide? (sometimes the background is dark, I need to change text to white) |

IF (and only if) the text is in placeholders not just shapes or normal textboxes.
Switch the left hand pane to OUTLINE Hold down CTRL and select each text to change Change the colour |

great! what is placeholder? so I should create all the power point in place holder in the future for easy "mergei-bility"?

Placeholders are the boxes that say Click to add Title / Click to Add Text
If you switch the left pane to OUTLINE and you can read the text then it is in a placeholder. If you cannot read it there it isn't |
