Polar Co-ordinates

Does PowerPoint (2003/07/10) allow for polar co-ordinates for Drawing? If so, what menu, options, etc.

It seems that it only allows for Cartesian co-ordinates in a corner of a square/rectangle. This is OK for a lot of drawings but interrelating shapes from the center of the page is difficult.


Is there a tool (Excel spreadsheet, etc.) that will "do the math" from Polar to Cartesian or Cartesian to Polar? Thanks.
