Help Rotating w/o Changing Orientation

I wanted to see if I could rotate a circle w/o changing the orientation of the text w/in it. This is hard to explain so I attached a file.

Basically, is there any way I can rotate that image w/o the word "Hi" being rotated? (i.e. it remains horizontal).

Select the Circle (select the whole shape, wait, click the circle part)

Format > Text Effects > 3D rotation

Choose 3D Rotation Options at the bottom

Alter the Z setting
