Exclamation changing size and position of presentation

Hi,
I give a series of lectures every year, with each lecture presented in different places. Frequently, the projector's position is not well suited to the screen, so the projection lands up being way too large. Is there a way to get the entire presentation to be projected in a smaller size, and to control its position so the projection is on the screen itself (rather than half off it)?
A bigger challenge: in some places, for technical reasons, the projector gets put at an angle, giving a distorted image on the screen. Is there a way ppt could compensate for that?
When this happens, I normally go slide by slide changing its size and position, which is the last thing I want to do at the last minute before a public lecture...

Hope someone has a good solution!
Thanks
