I work at a car dealership and have limited availability to editing programs, so I used powerpoint to make up a brochure. All went fine, was even able to transition it to a PDF with no trouble. Promblem is, now i'm looking to have it printed by a local printer, and it needs to be resized. No issue resizing it to 8.5x11, but he needs a .25" border around it so he can cut it from oversized stock. Without manually going through each slide and scaling everything down bit by bit (prob about 50-60 components per slide) is there any way I can shrink all the content at once?
Thanks! |

You could try (on a copy) Ctrl A to select everything on the slide, RIGHT click >> Group and resize the group.
This could also probably be done with a macro. |
