changing default font for new textbox?
as above - I always prefer to use custom fonts when creating new textboxes - is there any way that I can dictate the default font used (instead of the usual calibri/TNR)?
i only understand that the default textbox font can be changed via Master styles, but not for NEW textboxes. correct me if i'm wrong! thanks! |

After you insert text box, Choose the font you want, Then right click and choose from the menu (Set as Default Text Box).
It also make color and size you choose default. |

hi,
thanks for the tip. through your suggestion, i realized there's a difference between textbox and text placeholder. http://eslide.com/setting-default-te...0-2/#more-3505 http://www.indezine.com/products/pow...oxes-2010.html Hence, I have a new question. How do I make the fonts stick to my default preferences when pasting from another program (e.g. pdf)? there's no "set as default text box" in such instances. |

Well.. I think there is no option to make this default. But when you paste text in a text box, Will appear (Ctrl) menu under the text. Click it and you will find three options , Choose the second one: (Use Destination Theme).
