Default Linking to custom shows

Hi. I am new to this forum, and I hope to be able to learn a lot. My boss asked me if there was a way to link to a custom show in one PP file from a link in another PP file. I found about how to place a bookmark in the first document, but I want to just run a few slides from a master list. I can create the custom show in the second document, but when I try to create a hyperlink, I can't see the custom show in the second document from the first. Is this even possible? Thanks.

Probably no sensible way! A possibility would be (maybe on a copy) in the second show SLIDE SHOW >> Set Up show set Show slides to the custom show and link to that??
