But, to be honest, I am a little lost with what you refer to.

Having my Powerpoint file open, would I use "file" "save as" ... or "file "save & send" menus? Or do you refer to something else?

Sorry, I seem to be a little slow here.

Sorry, apparently i don#t know my way around Powerpoint well enough - I found it.
I think I got confused, because it is also a *.pptx file
