Default Bilingual Slide Masters

I would like to make a bi-lingual slide master where some slides will have two slides with two titles and two body areas. This way I can have a slide on one side of the screen in English and another language on the other side. Is there a way to add a second box to a slide master? All the boxes I have added are coming up fixed in the normal slides.

I don't use a Mac but if you add textboxes they will be non editable. You probably need to add Text Placeholders on a PC there's an "Insert Placeholder" button in the Slide master tab. You can only have one Title so you will need to fake the second on with a Text Placeholder. Do NOT try to copy paste placeholders.
