I need some help :(

So here's what I want to do. I want to put (for example) this button to my presentation, and then when I move the cursor on it, some e.g. text balloon to appear. But when the cursor isn't on the button I want the text balloon to be hidden. How I can do that? THANKS IN ADVANCE.
